Announcements Are OUT!

YAY!! Finally, we got the announcements out. I was so super stressed about them that now that they are out I feel like I have no stresses anymore. Of course that isn't true...there is still so much to do, but I'm just so relieved we got them out. Trying to get them in the mail seemed like it would never happen because so many things just kept going wrong. The first time we printed the pictures, they were so muted and fuzzy, Curt and I had no detail in our faces. We had to go and convince WalMart to reprint them for free...which they did and we were super excited. Then the printer was so slow and kept jamming... In the end we got it all handled and I absolutely love them. I think they are so adorable! :)

As a side note: this world is so small. An old roommate of mine, Camille, emailed me the link to her friends blog and told me to check out the latest post. It didn't click for a little while, but after I looked closer at the pictures, there was our old neighbor and friend, David or as we called him, Davis, in a picture. It wasn't David's blog, but his wife's stepsister's blog...but it really makes the world seem small when you figure out how you and another person both know the same people. The above photography site is actually David's sister-in-law too. It was definitely one of those "Holy Cow!!!!!" moments! :)

I'm engaged!! :)

So, I've been meaning to write this for a week now, but I've been so busy with wedding plans! :) Curt proposed to me last Saturday. We are getting married on April 18 in Dallas and the reception will be on the 19th. We are super excited and have already started to count down the weeks and days.
